Chapter 7 discusses many different aspects of designing a useful and learning website. I believe that Wikipedia.com does a pretty good job designing a well learning and meaningful web page. It is easy to read due to the positioning of text and content is very well spaced. This also ties into the theme 4 with the ease of learning.
And on top of everything it is very easy to access what ever you like or want to learn...
